Joe Giacalone is the author of Beyond the Owner and the founder of Arch Painting, one of the largest national painting contractors he started in 1997. Over nearly three decades, he built the company from the ground up by focusing on people, systems, accountability, and long-term relationships. His experience includes growing a founder-led business, developing a leadership team, navigating acquisitions, and preparing a company to operate successfully beyond its owner.
