John Rogers

John Rogers’ transformational work has made a profound impact on our world. His “Everything is a Campaign” mindset has put him at the helm of a billion-dollar transportation company and led him to work alongside Michael J. Fox promoting the advancement of stem cell research. He has developed training and technology hailed as “break-through” by the Department of Defense and provided solutions for charitable organizations such as the Parkinson’s Action Network (PAN) and the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.

Having led a number of high-impact political campaigns early in his career, Rogers was tapped in the early ‘90s by Congressman Les Aspin to hold a series of senior staff positions. He then took a brief leave from Aspin to hold the highest-ranking job in the Wisconsin legislature. When the Clinton Administration came calling, Rogers moved with his family to Washington D.C. to serve as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense. As an entrepreneur after leaving government service, Rogers ran Defense conversion projects in Russia at the end of the cold war, served as the CEO of the nation’s largest privately held transportation company, directed a national campaign around stem cells that flipped control of the US Senate and has actively contributed to the war against terrorism.

Rogers currently serves as the Chair of the National Brain Aneurysm Foundation and is a board member and former interim CEO of MV Transportation. He is also the founder of several successful “Campaign” based businesses: RL Leaders, which tackles vexing challenges facing organizations, and Capstone National Partners, a bi-partisan lobbying team.  He lives in Wisconsin.
