About the Author
Kathy Diebold
A small-town Midwestern girl from Saginaw, Michigan, Kathy Diebold was always shy and introverted. That is, until she discovered deep-sea fishing in the mid-1990s. Soon she was learning the ropes, fishing for marlins, sailfish and tuna, and making fast friends with the crew. She had discovered her passion. She traveled to stunning tropical locations and experienced the kinds of legendary adventures worthy of a fisherman’s tale.
A long-time resident of Pompano Beach, FL, Kathy has worked in sales and marketing for the past forty years. In addition to writing, Kathy’s other passions include painting and developing charity events that benefit local children’s organizations. The Sun Jumped Over the Moon is her first children’s book.
